Samsung Galaxy Note II to Feature a 12 MP Camera
The Galaxy Note was loved and ridiculed by people of distinct choices. Some people loved it for its gorgeous 5.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, while others guffawed at everybody who used the ridiculously large mobile phone.
But love it or hate it, the Samsung Galaxy Note was a runaway success, and Samsung wants to replicate the success with its upcoming sequel, the Samsung Galaxy Note II. It is having an expected release date of around August 31, during its revelation at the IFA Conference. It looks as if the release will be in time to lower the amount of attention the iPhone 5 will be getting, as it will be releasing around the same date.
People were wondering how the camera would fare on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. We don’t know how good the image quality will actually be, but a reliable source has confirmed that the Galaxy Note 2 will be getting a mega pixel bump up from 8 MP to 12 MP.
Pixels don’t mean everything, but its nice to know that Samsung is upping the pixel amount, and will not leave us dissappointed, like in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Apart from the 12 MP camera on the Samsung Galaxy Note II, it will come with a quad-core Exynos Processor, and an even larger 5.5 inch display, which is rumoured to be unbreakable. It will also ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
We are eagerly awaiting the release of this phablet, and hope that it appeals to us more than, say, the Samsung Galaxy S3.
